Stopped by Lowe's to look for patio clearance furniture and to check out some flooring options. We found some decent deals on the patio furniture but never could get assistance, if we would have we probably would have purchased it. So we moved on. In the flooring section an associate was training a new team member. The trainer ignored us twice when we were there before other customers and then talked down to us. It felt like he was showing off for the new person. We are prepared to purchase new flooring but cancelled the measurements appointment not because of the lack of service but because the pricing per square foot for the product and install was much higher then their competitors plus the warranty was sub-par to the competitors as well. I typically try to go to Lowes when going to large home improvement stores but inbeweent the poor service and lack of competitive prices Lowe's will not be my first stop.

I ordered a heavy, fragile item, specifically via "box truck," according to the associate, for $79, scheduled to be delivered four days out for a "safer, guaranteed item that arrives safely" (paraphrase). They got my email wrong despite spelling it out with acronyms three or more times. I called the next day, and another associate said that it was now a "same-day" delivery (resembling the webpage's ~$30 fast delivery fee), which sounded like a gig worker or effectively a DoorDash driver. Edit: And, as a heads-up, please spare me the disingenuous script of "we appreciate your comments and take them very seriously" or the "we apologize for the experience YOU had at our store" deflections blaming customers for Lowe's own incompetence. I escalated this issue for investigation, and no accountability was attempted on their part. Update: Lowe's delivered, and I fully installed my product and am very happy with the delivery. They made up for it indirectly, but I had to take the initiative, work with them, and call them for hours over days after their "AI" system deleted my delivery instructions and other mishaps, including miscommunications. I'll add two stars.

So disappointed in Lowe’s “5-day cabinet offer” and especially “customer service”. Our full kitchen cabinet order was supposed to be built in 5 days and shipped. On the day it was to arrive, we were informed we wouldn’t receive it for an additional 10 days!!! False advertisement. Further disappointment when Customer Service offered $75 for our troubles. Escalation raised that to $200 - most airlines with a delay offer more in compensation for a 1-day delay. Lowe’s Customer Service was not sincere, spoke pedantically as from a script, and hung up on me because they wouldn’t let me further escalate our issue. Lowe’s doesn’t care about customers. But they surely care about netting $6+ Billion off of customers.

I purchased a Weber propane grill for Father’s Day having not had one for a number of years. I chose Lowe’s because of the selection. I was helped by Jasper and later in the transaction, Sarah. I have to say that Jasper was most helpful in assisting me to identify the right grill for me and my family. Homerun Jasper! We have used it a number of times now and I have concluded that this is the perfect grill for my family! Jasper is knowledgeable, friendly, and followed-through with helping us get it to, then into, the car! You know, a lot of times we come to a ‘big-box’ store and don’t expect great help…Jasper blew that expectation out of the water! Yo Lowe’s…take care of Jasper…Jasper is taking care of your people! Thank you!

I ordered several items from Lowe’s for home projects and chose next-day delivery because it seemed like a good value. I placed the order on Friday expecting delivery on Saturday. Saturday came and went with no delivery. I received an apology email saying the new delivery date would be Sunday, which was fine. Things happen. But Sunday passed. Then Monday. Then Tuesday the order status changed to “out for delivery,” and once again nothing showed up. Wednesday and Thursday came with no update, no phone call from the store, and no explanation. On Friday, I called Lowe’s corporate. Nobody seemed to know what had happened, and I was told I would hear back within 24 hours. Saturday came, and still no communication from corporate. At almost exactly the 24-hour mark, I drove to the Bellingham store myself. The counter suggested my delivery may have already been completed — which it absolutely had not. Later that evening, someone from the store finally called and said they were still investigating, but they would cancel and reorder everything so it could be delivered Monday.
